Their boat was built according to strict safety regulations by SAMSA and was specifically constructed for Shark Cage Diving. It also undergoes regular safety inspections with SAMSA – South African Maritime Safety Authority. The cage too is made of impenetrable steel.
Their crew members all have the necessary scuba and commercial skippers’ qualifications as well as years of practical experience with sharks.
